Are the products on Computify.in original and under warranty?
Yes, all electronics sold on our platform are 100% authentic and come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. You will receive a GST-compliant invoice with every purchase to facilitate warranty claims.
How long does shipping take for high-end computer components?
We typically process orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery takes between 3 to 7 business days. Fragile items like monitors and tempered glass cases are shipped via specialized premium logistics partners.
What is your return policy for defective electronics?
We offer a 7-day replacement policy for products that arrive dead on arrival (DOA) or have manufacturing defects. Please ensure you record an unboxing video to expedite the verification process.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for expensive builds?
We offer COD for orders up to ₹10,000. For high-value custom PC builds and premium laptops, we require prepaid payments via UPI, Credit/Debit cards, or Net Banking to ensure secure handling.
Can I track my order in real-time?

Currently, we provide remote technical support and detailed installation guides. For full custom PC builds, we offer a pre-assembly service where our experts build and stress-test the system before shipping it to you.
